TracerPlus has really proven itself for us. We collect over 400,000 rows of data annually with the solution I wrote using Desktop. It interacts with our SQL Server backend using Connect. My users have found it surprisingly easy to use and I’ve gone months with no support questions with over 30 devices in the field. Our solution was deployed nearly 3 years ago. It is fairly simple to use and yet it’s allowed me to even use custom SQL to manipulate its local database. When I’ve needed help with some major enhancements or even had a simple question for their Open Office webinars, the staff (shout out to Dan P.) have been super helpful.
